Her awards include Municipal Best Female Farmer (2017), Municipal Overall Best Farmer (2018), Regional Best Female Farmer (2022), and the distinguished title of National Best Female Farmer (2024).

Beyond her personal achievements, Ernestina is committed to advancing the role of women in agriculture. She is the Co-Founder and National Chairperson of the Ghana Association of Female Agricultural and Fish Farming Award Winners (GAFAFAW), President of the Eastern Women Co-operative Cocoa Marketing Union (EWCOCO), and a member of COCOSHE (Eastern Regional Chapter).

Rosemond Afua Afful is an award-winning Ghanaian agripreneur, climate-smart agriculture advocate, and youth empowerment leader from Ghana's Western Region. She is the Co-Founder and Chief Executive Officer of Ayden Ventures, an integrated agricultural enterprise specializing in vegetable and food crop production, aquaculture, poultry, livestock, and climate-smart farming practices. Through innovation, sustainable agriculture, and capacity building, she is transforming lives while contributing significantly to Ghana's agricultural development.

Rosemond holds a degree in Economics and Sociology from the University of Cape Coast, combining strong analytical and social development expertise to advance inclusive agribusiness. She began her professional career in the banking sector in 2010, where she developed extensive experience in financial management, business strategy, and customer relations. In 2015, she transitioned into agribusiness as a Business Development Manager, gaining practical experience across agricultural value chains before fully dedicating herself to farming and entrepreneurship in 2017.

Under her visionary leadership, Ayden Ventures has grown into a thriving integrated farming enterprise and a recognized centre for practical agricultural training. Beyond commercial production, the farm serves as a demonstration and learning hub where students, unemployed youth, and aspiring agripreneurs receive hands-on training in climate-smart agriculture, agribusiness development, and market access. Through these initiatives, she equips more than 60 young people annually with practical skills that promote employment, entrepreneurship, and sustainable livelihoods.

Rosemond is the visionary behind the Youth in Climate-Smart Practical Training (Work, Learn & Earn Programme), a five-year initiative designed to empower young people with practical agricultural skills, climate adaptation knowledge, and income-generating opportunities. The programme contributes to building resilient food systems while creating sustainable green employment pathways for Ghana's youth.

Her remarkable contributions to agriculture, entrepreneurship, and women's economic empowerment have earned her several prestigious recognitions, including Star Woman Agripreneur at the Gold in the Soil Awards (2022), Winner of the SNV European Union Green Business Plan Competition (2022), First Runner-Up, Municipal Best Farmer (2022), Best Adjourning Company at the Western Regional Business Awards (2022), Winner of the Access Bank Womenpreneur Pitch-A-Ton (2023), and Western Regional Best Vegetable Farmer (2025).

Beyond her entrepreneurial achievements, Rosemond is a passionate advocate for women in agriculture and serves in several influential leadership positions. She is the National Secretary and Western Regional Representative of the Ghana Association of Female Agricultural and Fish Farming Award Winners (GAFAFAW). She previously served as the Western Regional Lead of the Ghana Chamber of Young Entrepreneurs (2023–2024) and currently serves as Secretary of the Whindo Farmers Village Savings and Loan Association.
